Todd Raffen – Founder & Director
While many in the industry prefer to take the easy road, the same cannot be said of Todd Raffen. Originally a farrier, Todd transitioned to the world of customised vehicle design way back in the early 90’s and he hasn’t looked back, embracing each and every opportunity that has come his way. As Almighty spread its service offering first to greater Sydney and then nationally soon thereafter, the complexity and scale of customer fleet requirements grew exponentially. Todd has been front and centre tackling these challenges head on and laying the foundations for Almighty to be at the forefront of the industry.
Jenny Raffen – Director
Rarely without a smile, Jenny is the engine room behind the Almighty business. While growing a business is one thing, sustaining that growth and continuing to meet and exceed client expectations week in week out is where Jenny’s experience truly shines. With Almighty built vehicles of every shape and size at work all around the country for clients big and small, it’s a mammoth task Julie and her team perform to ensure they’re doing what they were built for day in, day out.
Josh Doulman – Workshop Manager / Quality Assurance
Having joined Almighty back in 2012 as an apprentice, Josh is charged with overseeing the delivery of client builds on time, on budget and to the Almighty benchmark standard. Quick witted and always on hand to help out the younger guys in the workshop, Josh draws his inspiration from the variety of projects and Almighty’s customer commitment towards quality. He’s a firm believer that no project is too big or too hard for Almighty to take on while the end to end solution that Almighty provides is a constant source of job satisfaction.
